Questions

What is UBIQTRA?
A training app for every sport you do: gym, running, cycling, Hyrox, Pilates and yoga. It builds your week around them, adjusts today's session to how you slept and feel, and shows what your training did: muscle by muscle, run by run.
Is it free?
Yes, while it's in beta. If that ever changes, you'll hear about it in the app first.
Do I need a watch?
No. A 10-second morning check-in (sleep and energy) is enough. If you wear a WHOOP, Oura or Garmin, you can import your data to add recovery, HRV and resting heart rate.
How is my plan built?
In code on your phone, from your sports, schedule, equipment, experience and injuries, using fixed coaching rules and an exercise library. No AI writes your plan, so it never makes up an exercise.
What is My body?
A 3D figure of you whose muscles glow with the sets you log: dim blue when you've started, ice white when you hit your weekly target, amber if you've gone over. Tap a muscle to see its target, how often you trained it, what to do next and how to look after it.
How do training styles work?
Pick Strength, Muscle growth, Strength + size or Muscular endurance. Your sets, reps, rest and effort follow the style. Every style has progressive overload built in: add reps until every set hits the top of the range, then add the smallest weight step.
Can I share my runs?
Yes. After a run, tap Share for a story, a post or a see-through sticker with your route coloured by pace, your splits and any personal bests.
How does Eat set my targets?
From your size, your day outside training and that day's sessions, so training days get more and rest days a little less. It never sets a cut in pregnancy or for anyone under 18, and has a gentle mode with no numbers.
Where is my data?
On your phone. If you create an account and agree to backup, a copy is stored in your private account (Supabase, London). We don't sell data or show ads. See the privacy page for the details.
How do I put it on my iPhone?
Open ubiqtra.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen like an app, and can send a morning notification if you turn it on.
How do I delete my data?
Profile → Account → Delete account removes your account and everything in it. Eat's settings can delete everything in Eat, and What Ubiq knows lets you forget what Ubiq has learned.
Is it medical advice?
No. UBIQTRA gives general guidance, not a diagnosis. Check with a doctor or physiotherapist if you're injured, pregnant or have a health condition.
