Terms
Last updated 10 October 2026
By using UBIQTRA you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@ubiqtra.com.
It's a beta
UBIQTRA is free while it's in beta. Features will change, and some may not work perfectly. We'll tell you in the app before anything you rely on changes in a big way, including if we ever start charging.
Not medical advice
UBIQTRA gives general training, recovery and nutrition guidance. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Check with a doctor or physiotherapist before starting if you have an injury, a health condition, or you're pregnant or have recently given birth. Stop and get help if anything hurts or feels wrong.
Training safely
You choose what you lift, how far you run and what you eat. Warm up, use good technique, and pick weights you can control. Running and cycling outdoors: follow local laws, stay aware of traffic, and don't use the app in a way that distracts you on the road.
Your account
Keep your email account secure, because it's how you sign in. You can delete your UBIQTRA account at any time in Profile → Account. How we handle your data is in our privacy notice.
Fair use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people's data, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ours and yours
The app, its design, the UBIQTRA name and logo, and its content belong to UBIQTRA. Your data is yours. Share cards you create are yours to share.
Liability
We provide UBIQTRA as it is while in beta. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for injuries, losses or damage from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
